"...yes, I grew up with parents in the restaurant business, but opening a bar/restaurant in the Hamptons at this point in life wasn’t really a plan. An Art History major at college and having studied Pollock extensively, the culture of Springs really captivated me.
One night in 2022, I wandered into the tavern to have a beer and watch a soccer match. I sat at the bar and took in all the rich history hanging on the walls from its days as The Jungle Inn and Jungle Pete’s. That energy and those stories still resonate today.
Now I’ve built something new here that hopefully adds to that legacy. We offer good food and drinks, a beachy, casual environment, topped off with some live music that is in the works. Everyone is welcome.”
